Return and Exchange Policy

To purchase products on the HOMECQUE website, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. We may change registration requirements from time to time.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on this website and any orders subject to our T&Cs. By placing an order with HOMECQUE you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders may be cancelled by customers within 24hrs of order being received and no later.

All refunds will be subject to a 3.5% card restocking fee. Alternatively, the amount can be issued as credit for the online store.

We only accept $ USD Customers outside the USA will be billed in $ USD.

Once payment has been received by us you will receive an order confirmation email to your account email address, which will include your name, the order number and the total price. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment is received and further details are required to authorize your purchase you or your bank may be required to provide further verification or authorization for the transaction. HOMECQUE will not be made liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order due to delays in providing further authorization. 

The prices on the product page are indicated excluding taxes. The total amount of the order including taxes if applicable is visualized in the checkout page.

The products are delivered to the shipping address, indicated during the process of order. All US and Canada Deliveries will be via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.

International Orders please contact for shipping rates to designated country. You may be contacted directly via our courier, their partners or Customs regarding your shipment. Please ensure full name of consignee is given for delivery address to avoid delays or further charges.

International orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. The customer / recipient will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

For goods delivered outside of the USA, the consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and completion. 

HOMECQUE shall not be deemed responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

Products may be returned within seven days of delivery date, provided the following conditions apply:

The product must be new, unused, unwashed with the original label and tags and in it’s original bag. 

HOMECQUE will offer a refund (less shipping costs) via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange. HOMECQUE will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All sales are final after 7 days of purchase.
